“The witnesses who have preceded us into the kingdom, especially those whom the Church recognizes as saints, share in the living tradition of prayer by the example of their lives, the transmission of their writings, and their prayer today. They contemplate God, praise him and constantly care for those whom they have left on earth. When they entered into the joy of their Master, they were “put in charge of many things”. Their intercession is their most exalted service to God’s plan. We can and should ask them to intercede for us and for the whole world.” CCC, 2683

I designed these Saint clings for our children. At their ages, they are loving learning about their friends in Heaven, asking for their holy friends to pray for them throughout their days, in the smallest moments.

The Lord is so intentional and knows what we need, when we need it, how we need it.

I have been surprised and grateful by how much the clings have been blessing my own days. We put them throughout the entire house - bathroom mirrors, bedroom mirror, kitchen windows, and in the car. I have been reminded through the tasks of our days to take courage and keep my gaze fixated on Jesus through the inspiration of this “cloud of witnesses.”

While cleaning the bathroom and scrubbing the toilet, St. Teresa of Calcutta reminds me to “be faithful in the small things, because it is in them that your strength lies.”

When doubts of my worth pop up in my mind, St. Elizabeth of the Trinity reminds me “to believe in His love, His exceeding love.”

When dressing for the day and for my vocation, St. Gianna reminds me “our body is a cenacle, a monstrance; through its crystal the world should see God.”

When I’m overcome with joy, St. Maximilian Kolbe reminds me, “to strive to praise Him to the greatest extent of our powers.”

As the Church says, the most exalted service of the Saints is to intercede for us on earth. Let us continue to call upon these Heavenly friends.

Ora pro nobis.

Some of our favorite places we have put the clings:

+ bathroom mirrors

+ deck door window - the kids have loved playing and acting out stories.

+ car window - the kids decided that they each wanted their patron to drive with them, so so sweet!

Grab a pack for your family - perfect gift for All Saints' Day!!
